  • Crisis could spark rise in mentally ill

  • Britain is facing a big rise in mental illness during the credit crunch, mental health charity Rethink has warned. A YouGov poll of 2,000 people showed 46 per cent of Britons said losing a home would affect their health. Paul Corry of Rethink said: ‘It isn’t just bricks and mortar at stake here, it’s people’s lives. This survey shows it worries millions of us.
